A Kiwi Before Dying

It’s Mother’s Day, the perfect occasion for Deputy Coroner Charmaine Digby to take her grandmother to brunch at her favorite tea house. At least it seems perfect until the woman who lives next door discovers the bloody body of her husband. And the prime suspect is the woman’s ex-husband, the surly guy Char witnessed skulking around the property minutes earlier!

As a witness, Char can’t “officially” participate in the murder investigation. But with so many unanswered questions surrounding the suspect, his ex-wife, and the victim, Char can’t just sit on the sidelines, not when there’s a psychic neighbor to help her sleuth out the truth!
